1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern bookings and stays at Terminal 1 Guest House made through the official website.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon payment of a €60 deposit.
The deposit can be paid via:
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit card (Stripe)
After payment, the guest will receive a confirmation email including:
- booking summary
- booking reference number
3. Deposit
The deposit acts as a guarantee for the reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in are eligible for a 96% refund of the deposit.
A 4% fee (€2.40) is retained to cover payment processing costs.
Refund amount: €57.60
4.2 Late Cancellation
For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in:
- the deposit will not be refunded
4.3 Refund Request
Refund requests must be made by replying to the booking confirmation email and including the booking reference number.
5. No-show
In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of check-in:
- the deposit will not be refunded
- the full amount of the reservation will be charged
6. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of check-in.
Accepted payment methods:
- cash
- electronic payment
The total includes:
- accommodation cost
- local city tax (if applicable)
7. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Late or early requests are subject to availability.
8. Booking Modifications
Any changes are subject to availability and must be requested via email with the booking reference.
9. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and for respecting the property.
10. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court where the property is located.
